Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They scan your QR with their phone camera and type their mobile number. No app, no account, no password — and they can check their cards any time at Looply's My cards page.
What stops someone collecting stamps without buying anything?
Nothing is stamped automatically. Every visit waits for you (or your staff) to tap Approve on your phone, and you are warned if the same customer was already stamped today.
What happens when a customer fills their card?
They get a one-time claim code on their phone. You type the code into Looply, hand over the reward, and their next visit starts a fresh card — so the reason to come back never runs out.
Can I change the reward or pause the card?
Yes. Edit reward names any time, or pause stamping for a holiday — customers keep every stamp they've collected.
