Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser when you visit a website. They allow websites to remember your browser session and preferences over time.
2. How Looply Uses Cookies
Looply uses two categories of cookies: one essential cookie that is always active, and optional analytics cookies that only load if you accept them.
An httpOnly session cookie (looply_session) solely for business owners who log into their management dashboard. This cookie maintains your secure 7-day administrative session and cannot be disabled without logging out.
If you accept analytics cookies in the banner (or below), we load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used and to improve it. These scripts are not loaded at all — and set no cookies — unless you accept. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site ad-retargeting cookies.
3. Customer Flow & Cookies
Customers who scan business QR codes and check in using their mobile numbers are not tracked with tracking cookies. Your visit data is recorded directly against the merchant's loyalty register, requiring zero account logins or third-party tracking identifiers on your phone. The analytics cookies described above (if accepted by whoever is browsing) measure site usage in aggregate and are not tied to a customer's mobile number or loyalty data.
4. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
The essential session cookie is required for business owners to stay logged in; disabling it in your browser will sign you out. Analytics cookies are entirely optional — you can change your choice at any time below.
